Own or manage a listed practice?
Open your practice’s profile and choose “Confirm practice details” or “Request a correction.” The email will include a link to the right listing. Review the full profile and tell us which business details are correct and which need updating.
Before adding a “Confirmed by practice” badge, we verify your connection using an independently published practice contact. Sending an email does not automatically confirm or change a profile. Confirmation is free and is separate from sponsorship.
The badge records the date business details were confirmed. It is not license verification, a clinical assessment or an endorsement. We request renewed confirmation annually and remove the badge when material details are disputed or changed until they are confirmed again.
Help families get to know your team
You may also send a short practice introduction and a team portrait you have permission to share. Include the photographer’s credit and explicit permission for this directory to publish the image. Please do not send patient photos. We review submissions before publication.
Spotted a mistake?
You do not need to own a practice to suggest a correction. Send us the listing and a public source for the change.
What to include
- The practice name and existing listing, if there is one.
- The specific detail to add or change.
- A public webpage that supports the information.
- Your relationship to the practice, if applicable.
Please do not include medical records, pregnancy details, due dates or other patient information. For appointments and care questions, contact a practice directly through its profile.
